In 2009, a restaurant and store serving prepared gourmet food for eat-in or take-out by Chef John Bryant Snell in Tiburon, California. The facility also contains a grocery for pre-packaged gourmet foods and a delicatessan for sandwiches and meats.  the project involved adding the adjacent space in order to expand the dining area and adding an area to the kitchen for future expansion of the kitchen.
