Remodel plan

Sausalito Historic Remodel

This 2004 proposal emphasized keeping the historic character while raising window headers and adding decks to improve views and spaciousness in the tiny home.

Originally built on a busy lot at the intersection of two streets in Sausalito, the story is that the house was remodeled by local University of Oklahoma architectural graduate and Bruce Goff student, John Davis, in the sixties, who added decks and tropical landscaping "bringing the outside in" to create a spacious vacation home with views of the Bay.
